Mr. Ron coaches the first skater (Debbie Adams Hinton) to defend the Freshman Girls Figures title in 1978 after Winning the title in 1977 Prior to that if you won Freshman you had to move to Junior.

Coach Ron Jellse has his first Skater Qualify for the World Championships

Rickey Monturo qualified for the World Championships in Singles Coached by Ron Jellse

Ron had two skaters skate the National Sports Festival. Rickey Monturo (Senior Men's Singles) & Debbie (Adams) Hinton Senior Ladies Figures.

Justin Nelson-Milton wins the Gold at the World Championships in Jr Figures Coached by Ron Jellse
 
2000
Jason Nelson takes the Bronze at the World Championships in Sr Figures Coached by Ron Jellse
 
2003
Jessica Feuerstein passes the gold medal figure test at age eleven, coached by Ron Jellse.
 
2004
Ashley Hinton wins the Gold at the World Championships in Jr Figures Coached by Ron Jellse
 
2005
Jessica Feuerstein passes the gold medal loop test at age thirteen, coached by Ron Jellse.
 
2005
Ashley Hinton takes the Silver at the World Championships in Jr Figures Coached by Ron Jellse
 
2006
Ron had the youngest ever United States Senior World team member to compete in Figures at the world level. (Ashley) 6th place finish.
 
2007
Passed away on March 26, 2007 at the age of 70.
 
2007
Jessica Feuerstein earns a place on the Junior World Team by placing second in Junior World Class Ladies Figures.  Ron's teaching lives on.
